1. What we collect
When you activate the $1 trial, you provide your email address, your company name, and, if you choose one, the county you want your digest filtered to. Payment details are handled by our payment provider, Stripe, under the public name "Digital Leads Group"; we never receive or store your card number.
The digest itself is compiled from the California Department of Real Estate's Weekly New Licensee List, which the DRE publishes as non-confidential public information. That lead information is public record data, not personal information you provide to us.
2. How we use it
We use your information to send your weekly digest on Mondays at 7:00 a.m. Central Time, filtered by your county when you selected one, to send your welcome email, and to reply to your support messages.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. It is shared only with the service providers needed to run this service: payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), website hosting, and aggregate website measurement (Google Analytics). These providers use your information only to provide their services to us.
4. Email opt-out
Digest emails include a way to opt out: reply STOP to any email and we will stop contacting you. Transactional messages needed to service your account may still be sent.
5. Trackers
This site uses Google Analytics to measure aggregate visits (pages viewed, approximate location, and device type). Google Analytics uses cookies and does not collect your name, email address, or payment details.
6. California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to know what personal information we collect about you and why, to request deletion or correction of your personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. To make a request, write to support@licenseeleads.com; we may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on it. You may also authorize another person to make a request on your behalf.
7. Retention and security
We keep your information while your subscription is active and for as long as needed to maintain billing records and respond to support requests. We take reasonable steps to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Children
This service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Contact and data requests
To ask about access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, write to support@licenseeleads.com and we will respond.
10. Changes
Updates to this policy will be posted on this page.
