Terms of Service

1. The Service
California Licensee Leads sends a weekly email digest, on Mondays at 7:00 a.m. Central Time, with the newest California real estate licensees from the California Department of Real Estate (DRE) Weekly New Licensee List, with licensees who have no brokerage affiliated ("Licensed NBA") flagged first. Leads are compiled from public records. The digest is shared: every subscriber receives the same weekly list; leads are not exclusive to any subscriber.
2. 30-Day Trial and Billing
Today you pay a $1 activation fee, which gives you access for 30 days so you can evaluate whether the digest helps your brokerage recruit. If you do not cancel before day 31, $99 per month will be charged automatically to the same card until you cancel. The $1 activation fee is non-refundable. There is no annual contract and no setup fee.
3. No Guarantee of Recruitment
Paying does not mean you will recruit any agent. We do not guarantee that any lead will join your brokerage, close a transaction, or produce income. Leads are information for you to contact; the outcome depends on you.
4. Data Source and Accuracy
Information comes from the California Department of Real Estate's Weekly New Licensee List, which the DRE publishes as non-confidential public information. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the California Department of Real Estate or the State of California. We do not guarantee that the data is accurate, complete, or always up to date: the DRE may correct or change the data, and weekly volume varies (including slower weeks around holidays). Each lead shows the fields the DRE publishes — full name as licensed, license number, license type (Salesperson, Broker, Corporation, or Officer), status (Licensed or Licensed NBA), brokerage affiliation (or "No brokerage yet"), full mailing address of record, county, and original issue, effective, and expiration dates. The DRE does not publish phone numbers or email addresses for licensees, so the digest does not include them and does not invent them.
5. Use of Leads
Leads are for your brokerage's recruiting use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the list with third parties.
6. Lawful Contact
When contacting leads, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, including anti-spam laws and do-not-call lists. You are solely responsible for how you contact leads.
7. We Are Not a Party to Your Recruiting
We only send the digest. We do not participate in your calls, interviews, hiring, or affiliation agreements with leads, and we are not responsible for anything that happens between you and them.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time, including before day 31 to avoid the $99 charge, by replying to any digest email. You can also cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal: https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/eVqbJ23EZcEc4KGg0zejK00. If you cancel later, access continues until the end of the month already paid, and there is no refund for the current month.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you have paid for the service. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or indirect damages.
10. Service "As Is"
The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee that the email will arrive without interruption every week (DRE publication delays or email outages may occur).
11. Changes
We may change the service or these terms by notifying you; if you continue using the service after the change, you accept the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
13. Acceptance
By paying the $1 activation fee, you accept these terms and confirm that you are 18 years or older and authorized to contract on behalf of your business.
